As an Executive Administrative Assistant to the Managing Attorney for Mortgage Banking Attorney Management and Legal Review Group, you will perform diverse administrative duties and functions to provide support for the Managing Attorney, Program Manager, and other attorneys of the Legal Review Group, requiring independent judgment, confidentiality and an ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. We are a dynamic and diverse team of attorneys seeking a well-spoken, dependable and highly organized candidate who is a self-starter and excels in key administrative duties such as arranging/coordinating travel arrangements, coordinating meetings (including physical logistics), handling expenses, reviewing incoming correspondence and escalating sensitive and serious/complex issues when necessary. All duties will require significant judgment, resourcefulness, initiative and an ability to successfully accomplish tasks without direct supervision. Key Responsibilities: Handle travel arrangements (domestic travel, hotels accommodations and ground transportation) for attorneys within the group, including proactively and accurately managing detailed/complex itineraries and calendars based on an evolving schedule, which may include last minute travel changes. Process timely and accurate travel expense reports for team members. Actively manage the calendars of multiple team members and work effectively with internal clients to coordinate meetings and conference calls across time zones. Revise, edit and create documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Responsibilities will also include proofreading/formatting documents, prioritizing correspondence and maintaining files and records. Manage general office needs such as ordering supplies and mail distribution
