Global Network Services (GNS) delivers value added products and services to meet business demand for the following disciplines: Global data and voice networks, spanning 50 countries, with over 1 million data network ports, 25,000+ network devices, 600+ PBX systems, 800+ voice mail systems, and 65+ call center sites. GNS is searching for a Global Data Network Operations Lead Engineer. This position is required to provide Tier 3 escalated operational support for the critical data network service and deliver best-in-class service to our client. Responsibilities will include:

• Partner with the GNS Engineering team and the GSO Tier2 organization
• Lead and act as point of contact on the team's technology initiatives
• Participate as part of theglobal data network Tier 3 operations support team
• Handle day to day reactive incident and problem management for high impacting andcritical issues
• Proactive support, including identifying and remediating recurring or potential client-impacting issues
• Strong focus on continual service improvement, including driving down Time to Repair and reducing customer impacts
• Train and mentor the overall upgrade of skills on the team
• Ensure only production-ready solutions are deployed into production and any weaknesses are highlighted and addressed
