Business Description The EMEA Debt Capital Markets Group is part of theEMEA CIB Legal Department in London and supports the Debt Capital Markets,Leveraged Finance,Structured Product Groups and certain other business groups of JPMorgan Corporate Investment Bank in the legal structuring and execution of sophisticated debt securities transactions, including investment grade and sub-investment grade bond issues, hybrid capital,liability management, asset-backed securities and structured credit products generally. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal support for high grade, sub-investment grade bonds, emerging marketbonds, liability management and othercomplex/bespoke debt capital markets products, working with marketers, clients and colleagues globally. Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining pro-active relationships with business groups in London which originate European/U.S. placed capital markets debt products, review and negotiate and provide legal advice on transactions.
• Liaise with others in the CIB Legal Department as appropriate in setting/maintaining documentation standards and monitoring relevant legal and documentation developments.
• Pro-actively developing/advising/informing/assisting others in the EMEA Debt Capital Markets Group on/legal advice in connection with relevant legal and documentation developments
• Provide legal/regulatory advice to the business and others in the CIB Legal Department in connection withrelevant legal / regulatory andother relevant initiatives.
