Team Description The Investor Services Compliance team, which forms part of the EMEA Compliance Department and Global Investor Services Compliance, is responsible for providing Compliance support and advice to Fund Services, Custody and the Trading Services businesses, as well Futures and Options and Prime Brokerage. The Transfer Agency and Global Derivatives Services businesses are part of Fund Services. Job Description Reporting into the Compliance Director, covering the UK Transfer Agency and Global Derivatives Services businesses, the key - but not exclusive - responsibilities of the role include:
  • Providing advice and interpretation on a wide range of regulatory and firm policy issues
  • Keep abreast of regulatory and legislative changes and providing advice to enable the businesses to operate in a compliant and controlled manner
  • Developing and implementing Compliance policies
  • Conducting ongoing compliance risk assessments
  • Reviewing new business initiatives and assessing their regulatory implications
  • Developing/executing compliance education
  • Co-coordinating/participating in regulatory and client due diligence visits
In addition, working in partnership with other members of the regional/global Compliance team supporting similar products in other locations, as well as participating in regional/global IS Compliance projects.
