Global Treasury and Chief Investment Office are responsible for managing the Firm's liquidity risk, interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and other structural risks. Global Treasury also manages the firm's capital, balance sheet, liquidity, funding, rating agency relationships and insurance activities. The Global PMO Team is to provide high level Business Analysis and Technology Business Management function across Treasury and CIO . It is to manage portfolio of projects and business initiatives that have Tech Ops focus but does not get into BAU work slate management. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage global demand and project prioritization with regional presence
• Evaluate business objectives and analyze high level business requirements that require new systems or existing system enhancements
• Close partnership with technology service providers and business users to set system strategy and project direction, identify cost/benefit impact, and agree on project timelines and priorities
• Organize stakeholder governance forums to manage prioritization transparency
• Manage overarching programs and major projects on behalf of the business
• Facilitate the success of programs by improving dependency management and resource allocation across various programs and teams
• Ensure cross-impacts are called out with sufficient advance notice
• Track issues, mitigate risks and resolve conflicts between programs and projects
• Ensure that all stakeholder communications are managed in a timely manner
• Manage business communications and monthly update to senior stakeholders on technology projects
• Produce bi-monthly business review reporting for CIB, CIO GT mgt team
• Collate BAU spend control reporting
• Manage and report program financial
• Coordinate Corporate GTI initiatives
• Partner with regional Operations (MO and BO) on operation project initiatives
