• Payroll Offboardingservices forRegional / India, ensuring accurate and timely payroll
• Interact closely with Payroll/Offboarding vendor and ensure systemissues are resolved on timely basis
• Escalate issues in a timely and effective manner
• Follow agreed SOP in day to day operations and look for ways of improving processes
• Co-ordinate with various HRSD teams to ensure deliverables are met
• Be involved in External and Internal Audit
• Actively participateinTax Year-end activities
• Internal Customer service (Employees, HR, Finance and LOBs)
