VP - Compliance Manager - Private Bank Mortgage There is a current vacancy for a ComplianceManager to support the Private Bank Mortgage Business. The Private Bank Deposit, Mortgage and Lending Compliance team provides both transactional and strategic guidance on regulatory compliance matters. This is an individual contributor role that will report to a Compliance Director and support the mortgage and consumer lending products, including the following responsibilities:

• Liaising with the business on relevant Compliance Issues and attend business line meetings
• Researching and responding to compliance queries
• Integrating compliance requirements into line of business policies, procedures, controls and training
• Providing general guidance on a broad array of policies and regulations
• Evaluating methods, processes and risks, and implementing improvements. Assisting the compliance testing team in conducting tests / monitoring policies and procedures
• Developing and/or delivering training
• Assisting with core Compliance functions including marketing review, risk assessments, third party oversight and projects driven by the corporate compliance team
• Participating in and coordinating regulatory exams
• Position will interact directly with regulators and management team members and requires professional presentation, communication skills, and attention to detail
