Job Overview Legal Counsel for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the "Bank") based in Hong Kong to advise and support the Commercial Banking ("CB") business, primarily in respect of products and services offered by Treasury Services ("TS") business under the Bank's Corporate Investment Bank. TS's principal products and services include providing treasury and cash management, payment and liquidity management services for multi-national corporations, banks and non-bank financial institutions and government bodies worldwide, as well as trade finance services. Reporting Line The position reports to the TS Cash Management Regional Senior Counsel, based in Hong Kong [with matrixed reporting to the CB Head of International Legal Team]. Responsibilities To partner with and provide legal support and advice to the CB business in the Asia Pacific Region, primarily with respect to TS products. In particular, legal support will include:

• reviewing and advising on new product initiatives
• drafting, reviewing, advising on and negotiating a variety of contracts (including clearing, payments and servicing agreements, as well as trade finance facilities, supply chain finance and related loan and security documentation)
• advising regional CB management and other groups within CB on legal issues
• liaising with other legal and cross functional colleagues globally on TS products, services and issues.
• advising on regulatory and legal issues generally in the Asia Pacific Region in conjunction with
• instructing and working with outside counsel
