Position Purpose: Team Manager must effectively balance strong leadership, coaching and management skills. The ability to motivate and influence performance in an Operations environment is a necessity. The candidate must be able to build relationships with all levels of leadership and business partners. A successful team manager must be flexible and can easily adapt to change. The candidate will have approximately 12 direct reports and be responsible for the success of their team. Team Managers assign work, set priorities, continuously track performance, and monitor service levels throughout the day. The Team Manager will consistently review identify new opportunities to ensure daily operations run efficiently. This candidate should be able to surface problems and execute resolution. This individual willreport to an onsite Team Leader. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Employee Development: Facilitate and coach individuals in advisor roles in areas such as; customer service, scorecard metrics, business initiatives and goal career development Continuously manage scorecard performance and quickly act on outliers and opportunities Consistent communication on key messages with direct reports Provide coaching and document appropriate findings in areas such as; quarterly reviews, goals and objectives, corrective action and counseling (PMC, Meeting Record, PIP, etc.) Lead team and address morale initiatives Responsible for monitoring, scoring and providing feedback to each direct report on a timely and monthly basis. Business Management: Represent and take the lead on business initiatives and participate in projects Be an active participant on monthly business reviews, deep dive sessions, brown bag, town halls and business meetings Monitor and ensure daily service levels, staffing, and quality to ensure business goals are achieved. Create reporting necessary to clearly communicate the state of the business. Talent Acquisition: Coordinating new hire interviews, complete due diligence, recommend candidates for hire, and finalize onboarding process Build a robust relationship with our recruiting partners (internally and externally) to ensure the candidate has the right talent necessary to perform the job requirements. Collaborate on open positions and ensure candidate consistency Provide timely feedback for all candidates interviewed internally Strategic Initiatives: Communicate the business strategy vision to your direct reports which align to the yearly business goals and objectives Discuss goals with all direct reports to ensure awareness and gain participation Creating a culture where change is embraced and allows for innovative thinking Support and provide guidance to our employees on all HR related issues by liaising with our HR business partners, offering direction while maintaining consistency Participate in strategic training initiatives including; identifying opportunities, PBDM, and other leadership development. Supporting all audit initiatives including clean desk policy, monitoring process and procedures, and onboarding/offboarding, RAMP Identify opportunities, escalate as appropriate, develop a plan for resolution and follow-up to completion Rewards and Recognition: Develop and administer rewards and recognition programs Create a culture to ensure participation in volunteer work, charitable drives, and site wide events.
