As aFinancial Associate in the Asset Management Technology Operations Finance business unit, youwill be challenged to develop innovative new solutions to streamline and automate existing processes, effectively deliver on key team goals and deliverables; and manage demands under tight deadlines. Description As an Associate within the AM Technology Operations Finance organization, you will be reporting to the Vice President of the unit and will be substantially involved in senior management reporting in support of the Technology Operations business unit. This involves constant interaction with regional / sub-line of business senior Finance Directors, CFOs, and Business Managers on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of budgeting, forecasting, PL analysis, and MIS Reporting. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills are a must. Also important are the ability to: integrate large amounts of information into concise recommendations; present and defend recommendations to a variety of audiences; manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively. Key Responsibilities Weekly and monthly reporting packages containing financial, headcount project and business metric data used by AM CIO to manage the business Develop/enhance MIS reporting as required by Business Management Heavy involvement in month-end close process via interaction with regional / sub-line of business CFO teams Consolidate and analyze business metrics and provide meaningful commentary regarding status of the business Aid in the development of strategic presentations Ad-hoc analysis as needed
