Position Description: The Sr. Training Associate will be responsible for managing a wide array of training to support the growth of the J.P. Morgan Securities New York office. This includes working with the Client Service Group Support Staff Manager and Regional Director
The Sr. Training Associate is responsible for the implementation of a strategic approach to training and development initiative for the New York Region. This position will report to the Director of Training.
This position will also be responsible for assisting new Financial advisor team's joining JP Morgan Securities with on-boarding their clients as the New York On boarding Specialist. This includes working in line with the New York Region Client Service Group Support Staff Manager and Regional Director.
Responsibilities:
Training Technology:
Create and conduct specialized technology based training programs for a diverse population, including new employee training program. Conduct ad hoc training sessions when needed Assist in various support issues related to all of the broker desktop applications. Support issues may vary from training related to troubleshooting systems related issues that arise from our proprietary applications. Liaise with level 2 support team and the user to resolve issues. Document user comments regarding enhancement requests for our proprietary systems At times, participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for the development team At times, coordinate meeting with users and various internal divisions for cross training, etc.
On Boarding: Collaborate with front office in order to process and facilitate new account opening for the new team Collaborate with various internal teams (front office, middle office, back office, KYC, Credit and Legal) if necessary, in relation to account opening. Provide support by identifying and resolving any issues in the on boarding processApply on Company Website |
