As a business analyst in the HFS Technology group, you will lead technical projects and software releasesfrom initiation through implementation. The candidate would need to manage all project phases including planning, analysis, design, development, testingand implementation while using a formalproject lifecycle methodology called the Project Delivery Framework. As a business analyst, you will be responsible for: Gathering, interpreting, developing, and maintaining business and functional requirements Writing and consolidating project documentation Demonstrating strong communication skills (written and oral) Leading project planning efforts, creating and maintaining project plans Demonstrating a consistent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Understanding the SDLC, with focus on the technical aspects of delivery Exhibiting problem solving skills and flexibility in supporting evolution in process, standards, and strategy Ability to accurately create and maintain all necessary project artifacts required by Project Delivery Framework Assist with status reporting and project administration Maintaining a high level of organization to work on track multiple initiatives and outstanding tasks Performing system testing for new software initiatives
