- To support and manage Business Resiliency Planning, testing and incident management.
- Perform quality/control Business Resiliency reviews plans, in accordance with corporate standards
- Maintain working relationship with all TS ECCO operation and service teams
- Manage testing activities including Critical Site, cross location regions
- Document and report results of CST, to the executive team.
- Management of incidents impacts the TS operation service teams , cross location and region
- Report significant incidents to the operation service and the Executive team
- Manage root cause and action plans as a result of the above activities
- Deliver Status reports to various areas of the firm (internal / external) of TS
- Manage impacts of incidents (internal / external / client / financial)
- Review and maintain all Business Resiliency documentation.
- Familiarity with JPMC policies, in order to ensure the adherence of TS to them.
- Provide support for Quality Assurance team tasks.
