Summary:

• To support and manage Business Resiliency Planning, testing and incident management.

Major Functions:

• Perform quality/control Business Resiliency reviews plans, in accordance with corporate standards
• Maintain working relationship with all TS ECCO operation and service teams
• Manage testing activities including Critical Site, cross location regions
• Document and report results of CST, to the executive team.
• Management of incidents impacts the TS operation service teams , cross location and region
• Report significant incidents to the operation service and the Executive team
• Manage root cause and action plans as a result of the above activities
• Deliver Status reports to various areas of the firm (internal / external) of TS
• Manage impacts of incidents (internal / external / client / financial)
• Review and maintain all Business Resiliency documentation.
• Familiarity with JPMC policies, in order to ensure the adherence of TS to them.
• Provide support for Quality Assurance team tasks.
