As part of a set of exciting greenfield Web Java developments these newly formed teams are looking for energetic and innovative software developers who agree that creating strong solutions and extending their knowledge is a core part of their vocation. We want our teams to work with a fresh perspective in a collaborative, multi-function and Agile fashion. This role offers the chance to work closely in partnership with our Operations teams to develop high quality clean code with short implementation cycles. We are part of JP Morgan's Corporate and Investment bank, based in Bournemouth where Technology is more important than you might think; offering very competitive packages for the Dorset and South Coast area. Role Description A technically strong Java developer with good interpersonal skills, a can-do approach to problem-solving, a belief in the value of process improvement and a proven track record of application delivery is needed to join our team. The role will be primarily based in Bournemouth on the South Coast of East Dorset. The day to day activities of the role will encompass the full project lifecycle, including:

• Writing Greenfield mission critical software in the core technologies listed below
• Designing software and producing scalable and resilient technical designs
• Creating Automated Unit Tests using Flexible/Open Source Frameworks using a Test Driven Development approach
• Digesting and understanding Business Requirements and designing new
• odules/functionality which are inline with the Core Components Architecture Principles
• Coordinating with various technology groups such asInfrastructure and Operate teams
• Writing technical specifications document based on solution document
