Programme Overview As part of the Market Initiative portfolio, the Client Facing Technology (CFT) program is a key Investment Bank initiative with a remit to create best-in-class technology to facilitate post trade functionalities to clients in a more user friendly, transparent, and seamless way. A number of functional streams are developing capabilities across Client Onboarding and Document Management, Trade Life Cycle, Collateral Management, Confirmations, Reporting and Query Management. The functional streams are truly cross product and cross business in nature encompassing the Markets, Clearing, Prime Services and FO businesses with services covering FX, Equities, Rates, Credit and Commodities. This is complemented by the Client Implementation stream which focuses on client experience, client implementation and client based change. The program offers the right candidate the opportunity to work on leading-edge deliverables with significant exposure to internal product functions (Sales, Operations, Technology) and the Investment Banks (IB) largest clients. Role Description The successful applicant will be part of a global team delivering the key aspects of the Client Implementation agenda, specifically for the Asia region. The role is primarily a project management position, which will involve driving, structuring, planning and implementing to Asia and Global clients for the JPMM Post Trade program. In addition, business analysis skills will be required in order to understand and articulate the Asia business drivers and requirements to internal stakeholders. The role will work across multiple client facing departments as well as trading, legal, credit, operational and technology groups internally, as well as have direct contact with JP Morgan's largest clients.
