Responsibilities : This role will provide analytical support for the AM Compensation team. In this role the candidate will perform a variety of compensation activities in close partnership with the Compensation Managers, including but not limited to: Participation in competitive surveys, counsel to Human Resources (HR) colleagues and line managers regarding compensation practices, administering/coordinating annual compensation planning activities, reporting and analyzing HR data. The candidate will also provide ongoing partnership in support of the key metrics and analytics for the diversity, talent and recruiting functions.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
  • Compile, analyze and interpret information to support HR needs within client groups.
  • Provide annual compensation planning and support involving global coordination across multiple clients.
  • Active participation in compensation surveys: Job matching, data submission and independent analysis of benchmarking data to support compensation strategy.
  • Work on project teams with a focus on standardization, streamlined processes and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with our control partners (risk and finance) on all aspects of compensation planning and measurement.
  • Actively participate in the development of reporting tools; Building or adapting reports that enable modeling or analysis for various groups, leveraging technical expertise to influence business and HR clients.
  • Generate ideas to improve project processes and the final product as well as provide recommendations for possible solutions to reported issues.
