The Credit Business within Private Bank is a fully integrated offering whose primary business is lending to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals. The business has a multi-year, multi-million dollar commitment to rebuild the global lending infrastructure and to create best in class risk management tools. The Credit Risk Product Management Team is responsible for the strategy, definition, and end-to-end execution of priority credit, risk, lending and regulatory initiatives. This role will specifically focus on developing and implementation of solutions to comply with regulatory priorities impacting the Credit Business of the Private Bank. This includes initiatives such as enhancing our lending values to reflect changes in market conditions, enhanced reporting of country, industry and issuer risk; as well as enhanced loan processing and collateral monitoring platforms. The Project Manager will lead or support various initiatives from a business perspective and partner closely with the Technology Project Manager as well as with Front/Middle offices, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Technology staff throughout all phases of the project life cycle. The Project Manager will also perform the business analysis required for the project. Project Manager Responsibilities: In this position you will be required to drive and support key complex initiatives as follows: Project planning and analysis - including detailed project plans, documenting scope and business requirements, detailing issues problems; drafting business and technical data flows Partner with Technology Project Manager to guide project team and ensure all business deliverables and tasks are completed Design and implement solutions, including re-engineering of existing processes and/or business applications; introduction of new processes or toolsets Present recommendations in a business-friendly way that identifies any issues, details business/client impact, and builds a business case and consensus for implementation Facilitate project meetings; Create materials to be used for presentation at working group and senior management meetings Data analysis - including the collection of data from various sources, synthesizing the information, performing analysis, interpreting results and making recommendations Define user acceptance test plans and test cases. Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing. Responsible for understanding results and providing sufficient information to senior management to enable signoff on a deliverable Partner with Training and Communications teams to develop change management/training plans and appropriate communications relative to project delivery, and conduct training as needed
