Job Summary: Senior QA Architect/Analyst reports into the Global QA organization for SBL Prime Brokerage. This position is located in London. The Sr QA Architect is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing QA efforts within SBL PB QA organization for delivery of projects. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business requirement, participating in requirement review meetings; creating test documentation (test cases, test plans) based on business requirements; executing manual test cases; reporting test results and status. Required Skills and Key Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of financial industry and Prime Brokerage Securities lending business, processes, disciplines and standards.
  • Strong understanding of different software development life cycles (waterfall, iterative) and software quality assurance processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Quality Center for defect tracking, test case creation.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where daily, weekly software updates coincide with major project releases.
  • Develop and implement test plans, test cases and test scripts (Manual)
  • Ensure the end-to-end testing requirements, plan and scenarios are covered in the documentation produced
  • Execute manual testing based on test plans and test cases in order to ensure quality.
  • Work closely with project managers and developers on QA project development.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Keen attention to detail.
