Vice President - Senior Underwriter Responsibilities: Senior underwriter responsible for underwriting and managing existing and prospective portfolio investments. Key role to determine property cash flows and valuations to validate risk ratings, populate watchlist, report results to clients as appropriate and maintain relationships with borrowers, intermediaries and servicers. Assist in designing and executing problem resolution strategies. Additional responsibility for transaction management - commercial whole loan and subordinate financing underwriting, structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing. Assist senior originators in sourcing prospective investments, including whole loans, subordinate notes and CMBS mezzanine investments.
