Position Summary: The JPMorgan Market Manager has to have had demonstrable success in the financial markets; the most important experience is having successfully grown a business. You must be able to promote team success by leading and acting as a role modelto drive sales to meet aggressive revenue goals. Maximize integrated team partnership by sharing best practices. Lead the integrated team in the attainment of market share by deepening client relationshipswhile meeting financial goals, including profitability, for a defined regional market. Act as catalyst for New Business by developing a highly visible presence in the community. Requirements: Develop operating strategy by defining and analyzing regional and team market opportunities. Assess opportunities to set new client goals and targets for team. Set client priorities and ensure proper coverage of client needs. Determine method to measure each team member against goals. Evaluate competition and identify business trends /issues that would lead to additional revenue opportunities. Ensure that every client opportunity is identified inpartnership with thePractice Managers: Manage tactical product and market cycle sales Oversee client planning process Evaluate current client book for future potential Identify prospects Identify and mitigate client at-risk situations Ensure bankers are developing client and prospective client plans/strategies
