  • Review and coordination of EMEA client deliverables and reporting schedules in accordance with SLDs, ensuring a high level of client service through managing the operations staff;
  • Build close relationships with PERES Senior Operations management globally as well as product, sales, risk, legal, compliance, internal audit, Operations Control Management, etc;
  • Coordinating and implementing internal projects;
  • Oversight of work outsourced and performed in other locations;
  • Team supervisory tasks
  • Set and review staff objectives;
  • Participation in sales meetings as operations' representative; and
  • Other management projects as required
