A seasoned Quality Assurance professional responsible for participating in all phases of the Project Delivery Process for each assigned project. May be assigned to multiple projects. Project participation will include identifying and realizing opportunities to introduce test practice improvements in line with organizational strategy. Perform analysis of current processes providing process improvement recommendations as required. Incorporate continuous quality improvement techniques when necessary, providing 'knowledge sharing' and training for colleagues and internal partners. Provide advice and expertise on Quality Assurance, testing and technical matters, including customized solutions to specific project requirements while maintaining compliance to standards. Demonsterate the ability to identify and do automation testing using tools and in house devlopment. Additional responsibilities: Accountability for the creation and execution of detailed test plans and scripts to verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements Defect tracking and risk assessments. Participate in internal process and procedures improvement projects May be responsible for the maintenance, training, and information communications for tools used to support the product development process. This position's additional responsibilities will include developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance measurements; performing ad hoc analysis and producing meaningful operational metrics to help drive performance and achievement of business objectives.
