Morgan Retirement Plan Services, the primary responsibilities of the Advisor Relations position are to: Meet routinely with top tier and/or home office contacts from 20-30 Advisor and Consulting firms with the objective to increase the number of intermediaries that consider J.P. Morgan on their "short list" of recommended providers. Coordinate selling efforts between the top tier and/or home office contacts with the field advisors and consultants and 2 nd tier advisors and consultants both being covered by the broader sales organization. Focus on generation of quality RFPs into the organization but not responsible for facilitating the sales process - will hand off that responsibility to appropriate sales team member. Tactically, the Intermediary Relations representatives accomplish their goals and objectives by: Generating quality RFPs from strategically important intermediary firms. Generating investment management and administration revenue from both defined contribution and defined benefit opportunities Bringing value added conversations and experts to all intermediary interactions Prioritizing intermediary contact through quality interactions and search activity Sharing competitive insight and marketplace perspectives with internal leaders of the organization Working collaboratively with counterparts from asset management who support the intermediary initiative and the investment only initiative Frequent travel is expected
