To support continued business growth and market leadership, we are currently expanding our Americas Fund Services product management team based in Boston/New York City. As a Product Manager focused on the Insurance market, you would work with Investor Services colleagues, clients, internal business partners, external vendors and industry utilities to manage, support and grow our product offerings. In this role, your responsibilities would include:
  • Conduct market research of Americas Insurance market, identifying attractive market opportunities for WSS products, including defining the product offering for Insurance Accounting
  • Set Insurance market positioning strategy, conduct competitive analysis, outline client buying behaviors and needs, and evaluate current market trends to identify impact to our clients
  • Serve as Statutory Accounting expert with clients, consultants, and prospects, describing J.P. Morgan's capabilities and product offering, as well as at industry events and client conferences
  • Design and execute a detailed operating model plan for Statutory Accounting and Schedule D Reporting
  • Function as Product lead to build a book of business for Insurance Statutory Accounting, including preparing responses for proposals, designing customer solutions, leading client and prospect discussions, and creating professional and persuasive collateral materials
  • Develop standard pricing model and lead pricing discussions for all client deals
  • Identify resource priorities (technology, operations, and other) related to Insurance, and partner with WSS colleagues to align priorities to best serve our clients
  • Work closely with Operations and Technology to ensure successful development and implementation of new products and product enhancements
  • Work with Risk Management to define and manage product risk exposure, and lead identification of new risks pertaining to statutory accounting and reporting through new business approval process
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of existing Insurance product capabilities and design innovative solutions to new opportunities
  • Provide thought leadership and prepare relevant articles for publication for clients and for media release
