Our Team An opportunity has arisen for an experienced performance analyst to join the International Private Bank Performance team based in Geneva. The team is responsible for providing an objective overview and in-depth analysis of multi-asset class portfolio performance to clients, investors and senior managers across EMEA, LATAM and Asia. This is achieved through the delivery of high quality analytical products including performance measurement, attribution analysis, risk analysis and reporting. The Role As a senior performance analyst you will be focused on servicing the requirements of our EMEA and LATAM clients through the timely and accurate delivery of investment performance and analytical reporting. Specifically the role entails the following key responsibilities:
  • Performance analysis and reporting for the Hedge Fund Advisory portfolios
  • Performance attribution analysis and reporting for the Global Access portfolios
  • Provide accurate responses to performance related queries and explain performance results to clients
  • Interact with Senior Management, Investors, Bankers and Asset Class Leaders to ensure performance results are understood and are assisting with the investment process.
  • Provide senior management with internal control reporting to understand the key drivers of client performance and monitor portfolio dispersion
  • Contribute to the ongoing research initiatives of the team with relevance to operational efficiency, performance methodology and industry performance standards such as GIPS
  • Coordinate and deliver training on performance methodology and best practice to users, including new joiner performance training program
  • Liaise with the Performance Projects team, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Middle-Office and Core Operations to solve any issues that may arise and escalating where appropriate.
