We are currently looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our hedge fund business in the United States. The role of the Sr. Product Manager is to set the strategic direction of the business, develop new products for the business and work with prospects and clients on new services. The ideal candidate is an energetic strategic thinker, with deep knowledge of hedge fund and private equity administration. They should also be fluent in market and financial analysis, resourceful and execution-driven. Strong cross-functional/business collaboration skills are required as they will work across multiple teams within the bank. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills are a must. Also important are the ability to: synthesize large amounts of information into crisp recommendations; present and defend recommendations to a variety of audiences; manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively. Product Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive product strategy and product development plans for Private Equity and Hybrid product family which includes fund administration, fund accounting, middle office services and transfer agency
  • Understand and analyze industry trends, regulatory developments and competitive landscape
  • Build business cases and drive execution of new product capabilities and/or entering new markets or target segments
  • Provide technical product support to sales team
  • Define pricing strategy
  • Source and screen potential acquisition and partnership opportunities, and work with functional partners (operations, human resources, technology) to execute transactions
  • Develop product marketing strategy
  • Position product and presentation key messages to external clients/prospects as well as JPMorgan senior management
  • Represent JPMorgan HFS at conferences and industry forums
