Retirement Plan Services offers fully bundled defined contribution and defined benefit services focusing on plan design, funding, administration, participant education and communication. As an Applications Architect, you will work closely with RPS business product and operational owners and application development teams to design and build technology solutions. In this role, you will create logical designs, describe the deployment of the designs on a physical platform, translate logical designs into systems artifacts, recognize alternatives and propose alternatives and recommendations throughout the creation of the logical and physical design. And in some cases be responsible for translating design artifacts into an end-state solution. Responsibilities include: Support project execution by enforcing the use of existing platform implementation patterns and evolving/creating new implementation patterns. Develop, document, and provide input into the platform technology roadmap for the Retirement Plan Services. Support investigatory exercises with business and technical staff for future platform enhancements, and for new business feature deployments. Support strategic project planning and delivery as needed.
