Job Description: International DDA holds all cash accounts needed for various banking products for multiple products for the International region. The iDDA programme is a truly global program involving multiple LOBs and across EMEA, Asia, LATAM and non-US North America. The iDDA application is a distributed system based on a vendor package (T24) for account processing and ibus (WebMethods) which routes and enriches a myriad of interfaces between the application and up\down stream systems. With over 1000 interfaces and 100+ branches to integrate and test, this is a great opportunity for technical and career development within JP Morgan. As a direct report to the iDDA T24 QA Lead, the senior test analyst will be responsible for managing the design and execution phase of functional test stream. This included defining the test approach, performing and managing execution to meet the enterprise release schedules and production break fix schedule. Key Responsibilities Working with the iDDA T24 QA Lead, the Senior Functional Test Analyst will be responsible for managing, defining and executing the functional test stream ensuring the solution meets release based functional requirements for the iDDA T24 application. With the iDDA T24 QA Lead, the senior test analyst will manage all manual testers for the T24 application both on and offshore.

• Working with a number of key teams including, Project Managers, Architecture and AD to produce release based test approach and execution plan for the QA Functional Team
• Working with the BA's and product teams, producing and designing test plans and test cases to ensure functional requirements have been met. This will include analysis of complex system flows and data profiling to ensure data conditions provide full functional coverage
• Manage the execution team and plan providing stewardship and guidance to the team throughout the planning and execution stage.
• As subject matter expert of the T24 application, provide functional guidance to the team and ensure test cases are appropriately detailed and are scheduled in an efficient manner.
• With the IDDA T24 Lead, review and sign off test cases and ensure requirement traceability is maintained.
• Review execution results, ensuring quality and standards are applied correctly.
• Ensure defects are raised, recorded with quality and managed to resolution.
• Manage and organize all test assets for the functional test stream
• Attend all design walkthrough's and review all IDDA design documentation, ensuring that functional requirements\standards have been considered and identify and raise any functional issues.
• Review and identify regression impacts of all functional changes and ensure that they are documented and incorporated in the automated regression test suite
• Working with the IDDA T24 Automation team to validate the automated regression suite and ensure new functionality is incorporated
• Manage the on-boarding and training of new resources ensuring that they have sufficient knowledge to sustain future testing commitments.
• Track design and execution status and produce regular status reports and articulate status to QA Manager.
• Manage the resource plan and execution plan for the manual functional testing stream
• Perform performance management review with resources
