lululemon atheltica is looking for an awesome entrepreneurial leader to elevate the new factory outlet store to greatness. Your role is going to be responsible for supporting in the store manager in all that is involved in building high end business and developing an elite team to support them in reducing environmental waste for our earth.

Your ability to relate to the following may mean that you are exactly what we are looking and we are a perfect match:
* No need for retail background, but you have an appetite for goal setting and self improvement. A jump in and learn approach.
* You love working with ALL kinds of folks and know how to bring the best out in them.
* You love to teach.
* Your generous with letting people know when they have done a killer job, but also know how to give solution based coaching.
* You have an eye for detail but that doesn’t mean you can’t see the forest through the trees.
* The thought of managing a store and hiring a team inspires you, NOT because you’ve got an overdeveloped sense of self-importance, but because you really have a passion for training, coaching, team building, budgeting, scheduling and get excited and the possibility of running a rock solid business!
* The ability to see feedback and constructive criticism as feedback and constructive criticism. You can just say it, choose it and learn from it.
* You are passionate about reducing environmental waste through recycle, reduce and reuse
* You rock it out under pressure, with tight deadlines, and get excited about change!

* You know how to have a good time and keep a positive attitude, while maximizing your organizational skills to get the job done.
* You never settle for anything less than the best, but have the ability not to take yourself too seriously!!

* You have the sense to use your exceptional computer skills..MS Office (Word, Excel Etc.) and to call on tech-support when needed!
* You love to get your hands dirty, there's nothing better than rockin out a killer hotwall, taking a class from that rockstar yoga instructor, hitin the floor for some authentic guest experiences and finishing the day with an inspiring goal coaching session!
* A constant desire to be in the game rather than sitting on the sidelines. You are inspired by working on the retail floor and being part of the action.
* Dedication to a healthy lifestyle (not to be confused with obsession, or unreasonable fixation!)
