Duties:

The TS2 Case Management Lead (SAS ECM) is responsible for design and implementation of integrated resolution (Case Management) component of Return Review program. The candidate will lead SAS ECM development team members and collaborate with the client project teams to define and design of the components for the RRP solution. Duties include:

1 ? Design and implement integrated resolution solution comprising Case management
2 ? Review deliverables and supervise & mentor development team
3 ? Analyze user requirements and proposed potential system solutions
4 ? Understand and comply with development standards and SDLC to ensure consistency across the
business
5 ? Collaborate with Client SMEs team.

Skills:

1. Expertise with designing and implementing SAS Enterprise Case management (ECM).
? Expertise with Configuration and support of SAS ECM Metadata (Cases, Incidents, Parties and Financial Items), Configuration and support of reference table values (All lookup tables)
? Expertise with Setup of User Accounts, Groups, Roles together with SAS Platform Administrator
? Expertise with Migration of UI Definitions, Properties, Workflows, Scripts for UDF and Case Configurations
? Development of User Interface Definition Files/Validations, Field Definitions/Validations, and UDF Creation/Maintenance
? Intimately familiar with the following technologies:
? ECM Metadata (Case, Incident, Party and Financial Type Definitions, etc.)
? ECM User Interface Definitions and the Custom Page Builder
? SAS Workflow Studio and its interaction with the ECM User Interface
? SAS Enterprise Guide, Base SAS/Macros, SAS Platform Metadata, SAS Stored Processes
? Development/Support of custom user interfaces, Development/Support of interfaces with external Systems, ECM Web Services, and ECM Batch loading process
2. Experience with integrating SAS ECM with Business Objects front end BI tools. Support of customizations to regulatory reporting components
3. Experience leading a SAS ECM development team in all phases of SDLC.
4. Experience with formal/structured SDLC methodology
5. Good oral communication skills.
6. Strong written communication skills.
7. Business Objects (BI Reporting (nice to have)
