In this capacity, our virtual TMI will gain valuable experience in the areas of oversight and planning our corporate Talent Management initiatives and strategy. This position represents a unique opportunity to "learn by doing" in such a way that exactly mimics roles and responsibilities of corporate level employees in the field of Talent Management.
