Job Description The Kaplan Test Prep Faculty Member is responsible for all aspects of course delivery in their designated classes and/or assigned tutoring students. Kaplan faculty members adhere to the course curriculum and effectively lead their classes using the Socratic Method and employing classroom management acumen.

Provide test prep instruction and address student's questions when necessary to best impact student outcomes

Qualifications:
Minimum 90th percentile score on the test aligned with courses taught (95th percentile preferred)
Completion of Kaplan's Teacher Development Program for course certification
Expertise in the test aligned with the course(s) taught as well as in Kaplan pedagogy
Consistent punctuality.
Excellent teaching skills and ability to engage students
Ability to drive to Morgantown, WV for certain classes

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate Degree from top university
Leadership experience and engagement in college campus student activities/clubs
Teaching/Coaching/Acting experience
