Job Description Impact & Scope
The PT Service Specialist is responsible for advising prospective and enrolled student s as well as day-to-day management of the Kaplan center’s facilities and/or classroom(s). The PT Service Specialist will ensure that center classroom facilities are suitable, open at the designated times and conducive to the learning environment.

Business Development & Strategy
-Deliver proactive customer service that leads to new student enrollment, improved student satisfaction, and minimizes customer concerns.
-Work with supervisor, peers, and local team members to consistently improve operational processes and staffing efficiencies
-Day to day inventory and facilities management ? Ensure the availability, and suitability of classroom locations
-Uphold local compliance with company policies and operational expectations
-Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
-Excellent communication skills
-Consultative sales ability
-Demonstrate proactive problem solving and decision making skills.
-Highly organized and detail oriented
-Ability to effectively multi-task
-Proficient in MS Office applications; must learn and use proprietary business system
-Ability to work effectively in a dispersed workforce

Requirements
-Two years of college/university plus minimum of 1 years customer service and experience required
-Ability to work a flexible schedule
-Ability to work independently
-Must be authorized to work in the employment location
