We’re currently looking for an outstanding leader to fill the position ofCustomer Service Team Manager.In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 Student Concierges (customer service representatives) responsible for supporting our customers from their initial enrollment in a program with us to the completion of their course. What’s it really like?

As a Customer Service Team Manager, you’ll work in our fast-paced Enrollment & Experience Call Center where you’ll supervise and coordinate the activities of our Student Concierges as they support our students over the phone, through email, and via online chat. Using performance metrics and student feedback, you’ll develop, improve, and direct operations to ensure the highest quality service.
