Call Center Representative
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the top fortune 500 companies as a Call Center Representative in Greenville SC.
If you have experience working with Annuities and or Life insurance this may be the position for you.
Consult with the field force, policy owners and third parties about servicing issues.
Process a variety of transactions to include premium payments, asset transfers. Premium allocation changes, loans, withdrawals and surrenders.
The call center representative is responsible for answering high-volume telephones in a timely manner, collecting accurate data, answering a wide range of questions, and providing information about all pertinent projects.
Communicate effectively via telephone in a patient courteous manner in a high-volume environment
Ability to comprehend, interpret, explain, and make decisions in accordance with established procedures and practices
Excellent data entry skills; ability to enter large amounts of data accurately while on phone with caller
Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications during single call
Ability to operate various phone system features for both inbound and outbound calling
Excellent oral communication skills
Navigate Intranet to locate accurate responses to caller questions
Must have Life Insurance, Universal Life Insurance and or Annuitiy experience.
