About Kelly Services
The primary responsibility of a Logistics Technician is to create, monitor and complete shipments. Logistics Support Representatives are also accountable to ensure that the most cost effective carriers are used. As a member of customer service, the individual is also accountable to manage customer relationships in order to achieve specific key factor goals.
Logistics Technician Requirements:
*Analytical, results oriented, and high energy
*Ability to identify, resolve and eliminate discrpencies utilizing strong problem solving skills
*Organizational skills with ability to prioritize daily workload to accomplish a variety of duties
*Intermediate to advanced data entry skills required
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Ability to work in multiple operating systems
*Ability to work in fast paced environment
*Positive role model for other team members providing support and enthusiasm
