TRUST OFFICER – ENTRY LEVEL OPPORTUNITY! DIRECT HIRE! Kelly Services has an entry-level opportunity available for a Junior Trust Officer with our client located right against the beautiful eastern slope of the Black Hills mountain range in Rapid City, SD. As the Junior Trust Officer, your main responsibility will be providing efficient administration to numerous trust accounts. You’ll develop and maintain relationships and provide a high level of customer service to beneficiaries, financial advisors, attorneys and Certified Public Accountants related to each account. It is of high importance that you manage these accounts in compliance with various legal requirements and business line policies and procedures. In addition to overseeing trust accounts, you will also participate in the Trust Committee and assist in the development and presentation of solutions for a variety of complex fiduciary situations. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ·         Service daily administration requests and resolve concerns brought by clients ·         Ensure trust accounts are properly billed for services rendered including charges for special or extraordinary services ·         Monitor risk in all aspects of account administration which entails completing required investment and administration reviews and resolving identified issues ·         Monitor and measure Financial Advisor relationship and administer feedback to ensure compliance with the Investment Objective and Trust Document ·         Participates in required corporate and business line training such as continuing education classes/seminars/telephone briefings ·         Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: ·         Bachelor’s degree in a related field ·         3+ years of trust experience ·         Knowledge of Wealth Management products and services ·         Understanding of personal trust products, services and accounting systems ·         Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
