As a Selling Branch Manager you will lead and manage your team in sales, recruiting, and account management.
: Build and maintain an account portfolio of clients and prospects with top employers and business segments in the market.
: Execute and manage daily business development activities including inside phone sales, account appointments and proposals, and local marketing campaigns.
: Recruit, assess, market, and effectively place technology professionals with top companies in the market.
: Retain and profitably grow your account and candidate customer base through outstanding customer service. You will combine KellyMitchell's operational standards with your innovative relationship management and communication skills.
: Position KellyMitchell as a community employment leader and identify business contacts through personal networking.
: Manage and develop branch staff, including new employee pipeline development.
: Lead by example by training, motivating and mentoring sales and recruiting teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
: Strong personal sales ability, including objection management and closing skills
: Goal-driven, sales professionals - able to work in a growing business environment
: Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
: Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in customer service principles
: Clear verbal and written communications skills
: Operational management skills in a high-touch customer environment
: Demonstrated problem-solving skills
: Team-building skills
Desired Skills Experience
: Expert communication skills complemented by self-motivation
: Experience selling and managing staffing solutions and/or projects teams, a plus
: Experience selling and managing professional services or IT solutions teams, a plus
: Experience hiring, training, mentoring, managing and motivating expert sales professionals with proven success
: Responsible for achieving sales objectives
: Proven success in increasing new business by identifying prospects, calling on Fortune 500 accounts and developing relationships with the decision makers
: Proven success in increasing sales to existing accounts by providing responsive, knowledgeable and high quality customer service
: Must be willing to travel
: Qualifications include a BS/BA degree in related field
: Proven track record in a competitive sales environment
