Job Description:
Assist and consult customers in integrating proposed fixed mobile convergence solutions into their business environment and provide technical support for high profile wireless data pilots and trials.

Proactively identify design, implementation and deployment requirements in order to mobilize line of business applications and maximize performance
: Provide technical consultation and resolve technical issues for the customers in the design, implementation and initial deployment. This may require personal interface to the enterprise IT manager, telecom, network engineering, software developers and third party solution providers.
: Assist and consult customers in integrating proposed fixed mobile convergence solutions into their business environment.
: Provide technical support for high profile wireless data pilots and trials.
