What We do:
Kennedy Couture Linens & Kennedy Events LA has been in business for just under five years. We offer a full inventory of high-end linen and decor rentals (i.e., tablecloths, napkins, overlays, etc.) for weddings and special events. In addition, we offer a wedding planning division that offers month of planning services to assist brides and grooms with pulling together the final elements of their wedding.

Our Ideal Intern:
We are looking for a spring 2012 intern who has some knowledge or interest in the event industry; more specifically weddings however we also plan other events. Have you planned your own wedding, helped a friend plan a wedding, or just love weddings in general? You might be a fit for us.

We offer our interns a well rounded view of the industry, both the fun and not so fun aspects of events. You will get to help clients design tabletops for events, research wedding trends and do mockups in our showroom. You will also assist with setting up events, breaking down events and prepping items after events.

If you would like to become a wedding planner, work in the wedding industry and or own your own wedding business this is the internship for you. You will learn how to grow a business and manage it (marketing, sales, keeping up with the books etc.) You will have the opportunity to meet other wedding professionals and build long lasting relationships by attending networking events, attending lunch meetings, and doing site visits.
