We are a business development firm that niche is working with Investment Banks in the Merger and Acquisitions executives. Basically, an Investment Bank will give my company the criteria for the companies they are looking to acquire and my job is to find the company. Then, contact the business owner and see if there is mutal interest is if so then I schedule the meeting for the M&A executive at the Investment Bank. We only contact business owners with over $8MM in gross revenue, $500k in net profit or $1MM in EBDITA.

From the internship you will walk away with a deep understanding of the process in how a business is sold, how to raise capital, and grow a company threw acquisitions. Our company's niche is fast food franchises (ie- Wendy's, Arby's, etc); About 1/3 of the $3.5Billion in transactions was in the fast food industry.
