Killeen Townhomes is a corporate housing company with an established presence in Killeen, Texas and currently expanding to Houston, Texas. This internship position will assist the Property Manager with both Killeen and Houston company operations. The position is located in the Houston headquarters office. The internship position will offer a well rounded experience in multiple areas of the business: workflow distribution for repairs and property readiness, client communications, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivables, marketing communications, website management, service & sales fulfillment, contract management and problem resolution. This position will document an operating procedure manual of the Assistant Property Manager position in addition to performing the activities indicated above.
