Description We are searching for an full time Senior Program Manager to join our Kindred Project Management Office (PMO) in Louisville, KY. Kindreds PMO is responsible for IT and Enterprise-level projects and programs. The candidate should have experience with and be comfortable interfacing with C-level executives on large, complex projects, such as Division-level acquisitions and business process re-engineering initiatives.Strong leadership skills, politically-savvy, in-depth experience with Project Management methodology are required. The ideal candidate has a passion for IT and the health care industry. The Senior Program Manager should enjoy the challenge of overseeing multiple strategic-level projects and initiatives, and be comfortable tracking the project progress and issues at a detailed level at an enterprise level, while reporting at an executive summary level against established goals and ROI expectations.
