Location/City : GA - Atlanta

Somewhere over the rainbow lies a hip and progressive company, where your opinion and Foosball skills matter just as much as your ability to do the job (and you don't have to make the trek to California to work there). This little pot of gold we're referring to is located right in the heart of Inman Park Atlanta, where you will work as an ETL & Data Warehouse Engineer for the leader in Transaction-Driven Marketing. We know, Transaction-Driven what?
Our client's unique Transaction-Driven Marketing platform enables banks to deliver rich, relevant rewards to its customers based on purchasing history while fully protecting their privacy. Targeted offers are placed directly on customers' online banking pages, one of the most trusted and widely used, yet least penetrated, consumer channels. The platform is entirely merchant-funded with advertisers targeting consumers based on spending patterns: Where, how much and how frequently they spend at a store and in the broader retail category.
The ETL & Data Warehouse Engineer will be responsible for the analysis, design, development and maintenance of ETL processes and applications.  The position will be about 75% ETL / data warehouse work and 25% support.  Ideal candidates will be passionate about exceeding client expectations and driven to learn new ETL technologies and operating systems.
Think you're ready to collect that pot of gold?
Five Things You Can't Google About This Gig
Why you want this role: Aside from the cool digs and progressive culture? How about the ability to make a significant impact through the development and documentation of processes in a rapidly expanding company? Is that enough for you?
Motivational Song to Live By: "Digital Love" by Daft Punk. Learn it, love it and sing it in the shower.
Potential hazard: A decline in close friendships from constantly bragging at dinner parties that you work for one of those "awesome companies" located in a trendy neighborhood with sweet perks. Maybe it's not so much the bragging, but your need to leave business cards around their homes as constant reminders that your job is cooler than their job.
Keep walking if: You play hard but don't work hard. Working for a growth company requires the ability to go "all hands on deck" when the siren rings (which is often).
What you'll learn in this role: That the ability to comprehend complex data structures, and possess a strong understanding of logical and physical database design, is code-red critical. And that playing the "I'm vegan" card is an easy way to get out of sampling mystery break room baked goods.
