Position Requirements

* A Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, ECE, or related field is expected for consideration.
* 1-2 years of prior experience working as a member of a classroom team with ECE age groups is strongly preferred.
* CCLC strives to hire the best-in-class teachers; individuals who possess a genuine passion for caring for children, as well as a strong set of communication and interpersonal skills.
