Our [sous chefs] assist with the daily operations of the kitchen and provide professional leadership and direction to kitchen personnel. Ensure that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet restaurant's specifications and commitment to quality. Maintain a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen.

[qualifications]:

• College or culinary training and/or two years, current kitchen management experience in upscale casual or fine dining restaurants
• Able to work in a high energy and demanding environment
• Team player with strong leadership skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holiday’s
• A strong passion for culinary excellence
• Strong work ethic
