This position is located in New York, NY. For students interested in event planning. Students will participate in:

Plans, coordinates and implements events including scouting, selecting, staffing, client hospitality shipping room set-up, transportation and negotiating contracts (venue, caterers, speakers, travel, sponsors, and audio/visual)
Reconciles expenses and prepares budget reports
Calendar of events to include 2 sales meetings per year, US Open, large scale press/branding events and retail in-store events
Provides clear on-site leadership during execution of events
Makes recommendations for the right balance of events based on marketing strategy
Helps to ensure that events represent the brand image
Manages agency relationships in order to produce marketing tools for use in executing programs & events
Drives and coordinates planning multiple areas (sales, retail, merchandising) to develop ideas and integrate marketing strategies
Implements and strategizes to ensure a strong and consistent marketing program across all brand elements
Manages direct to consumer and b2b marketing plans

ii.Co-op mail
Develops and maintains relationship with all mall marketing teams to build store brand awareness in markets throughout the US
