As the Financial Analyst, you will serve as a financial resource to assigned business divisions, partnering with division leaders and across all levels of the organization to provide financial management. Utilizing sound business knowledge and consultative skills, you will provide the information, insight, and guidance required to effectively operate the business, while identifying and addressing the financial impact of business decisions and initiatives. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the creation of the division’s annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, strategic plans, and ongoing ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years of direct experience with demonstrated ability in the following areas: • Bachelor’s degree in related area (Accounting, Finance, Business, etc.) • Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and planning • Experience working as part of a cross functional team • High proficiency in selected PC and mainframe financial applications • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact at all levels across the organization
