TheCounter Sales Associate HVAC is
responsible for promoting the entire line of products and programs in
addition to selling the Branch’s services in an effort to
increase sales as well as increase market penetration.
This position has direct contact with customers; therefore, neatness
in personal appearance and professional customer service is
essential.

PRIMARY JOB
FUNCTIONS:

* Establish and maintain good relations with
customers by providing prompt and courteous service for all customers
and potential customers of the Branch, including walk-in and
telephone calls.
* The ability to reference the parts application
of the Lennox product lines in the extensive parts catalog or by
computerized database (DaveNet).
* Continuing education to learn
all warehouse operations.
Job Description:
Under general supervision, evaluates customers needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly.

Responsible for ensuring proper stocking of Lennox products. Assists in unloading products and deliveries. Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers. Ensures warranties are properly taken care of in a timely manner. Follows all safety, health, security and environmental standards. May be required to perform open/close procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent. Typically requires at least 3 year experience in retail sales.

Strong oral and written communications skills. Strong computer skills required Microsoft applications. Knowledge of HVAC systems required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements

* Fork lift certified.

* Fluency in additional languages a plus.

* Outstanding mechanical aptitude and at least
1-3 years general HVAC knowledge required.

* At least 1-3 years retail sales experience,
counter sales, cashier and cash operations experience.

* Good computer skills required; Microsoft
applications and SAP a plus.
