Description

The purpose of this position is to work with Store Management to ensure compliance to company policy, reduce the opportunity for shrinkage and ensure the safety of consumers and employees.

  • Monitor employee entrance and exits at all times
  • Perform employee bag checks
  • Monitor electronic surveillance cameras and alarms
  • Promote a safe environment for employees and respond to emergency situations
  • Maintain communication with store management and Corporate Loss Prevention (LP) provider on policy compliance
  • Partner with Corporate LP provider on all investigations
  • Manage store key control process and logs
  • Manage employee locker process
  • Manage sample process

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 3 years of retail service/environment and/or loss prevention experience

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with working on a computer
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with fellow employees, supervisors and consumers
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • High attention to detail
  • Decisiveness and accountability
  • Proven ability to react with sense of urgency
